Howard Li is the founding President of the Chinese American Certified Public Accountants Association (CACPAA). He has worked for four leading CPA firms in the United States. He serves as the official CPA for I-Feng U.S. satellite TV station and is an IRS certified professional in tax ID applications.

Howard Li, CPA, CAA immigrated to the United States from Taiwan at the age of 12. He has been professionally active in Southern California for more than two decades. He founded the CACPAA, the largest and most inclusive Chinese American CPA organization in the Southland, in 2011. Currently its membership consists of nearly 500 professionals, including accountants, attorneys, as well as financiers. Mr. Li is perfectly bilingual. He is honored to being invited as a Final Reviewer for Turbo Tax, the most acclaimed income tax filing software. He reviews 3,000 to 4,000 tax forms annually more than an average CPA, hence has accumulated an abundance of experience over the years. He has been a frequent contributor to a host of major local newspapers on the subject of latest tax laws and has been invited to appear on numerous cable and TV stations. Retained by I-Feng US satellite TV station as its official tax consultant, he routinely shares with its vast audience on a variety of tax-related topics monthly. Each year, he invites members of the CACPAA members as presenters and organizes free seminars and workshops for the Chinese American communities in Southern California. He has helped many of his clients whose income tax returns were audited to resolve their issues in the most expeditious manner. He is an advocate par excellence for his clients.
